Actualmente, la comunidad universitaria de la UNED tiene a disposición la aplicación Moodle para dispositivos móviles (teléfonos inteligentes o tabletas), la cual permite a los usuarios de la plataforma acceder a sus cursos o asignaturas desde cualquier lugar y en cualquier momento.

La aplicación está disponible tanto para el sistema operativo Android, como para iOS. Para realizar la instalación el usuario debe acceder a la tienda de aplicaciones de su dispositivo (Play Store o App Store) y descargarla, posteriormente los usuarios deben ingresar la dirección del sitio web https://educa.uned.ac.cr/ o https://aprende.uned.ac.cr/ según sea el caso. Las credenciales que utilizará para ingresar desde este espacio son las mismas que utiliza para el ingreso tradicional por medio de una computadora.

Una de las ventajas de la app es que los estudiantes pueden descargar el curso, revisar los recursos y ver las actividades Off line, es decir, sin conexión a internet y una vez que dispongan de conectividad puede subir las actividades realizadas. Esto es de mucha ayuda para los estudiantes que por su ubicación geográfica se les dificulta el acceso a internet, o bien, presentan problemas de conexión.

 Moodle Mobile App

Currently, the university community of UNED has available the official Moodle application for mobile devices (smartphones or tablets), which allows users of the platform to access their courses or subjects from anywhere and at any time. The application is available for both operating systems Android and iOS.

In order to start the installation, the user must access the application store of their device (Play Store or App Store) and download it. Then users must enter the website address https://educa.uned.ac.cr/ or https://aprende.uned.ac.cr/ as the case may be. The credentials that you will use to log in to this space are the same ones that you traditionally use for accessing Moodle through a computer.

One of the advantages of the app is that the students can download the course, review the resources, and see the offline activities, that is, without an internet connection. Once they have connectivity, they can upload the activities carried out. This is very helpful for students who, because of their geographical location, have difficulty accessing the Internet, or who have connection problems.
