PAL

La labor que desarrolla el Programa de Aprendizaje en Línea (PAL) requiere de una comunicación constante con las unidades académicas y con los Centros Universitarios en las diferentes regiones del país.

Es por tal motivo que durante el 2018 se realizó un total de 23 visitas a centros universitarios, cubriendo así casi la totalidad de regiones, se atendió a un total de: 111 funcionarios de los centros. Esta dinámica derivó en un espacio de intercambio valioso sobre la labor que desarrolla el PAL, en sus diferentes ejes de trabajo: administración, investigación, asesoría, soporte técnico y producción de recursos, con el fin de ampliar sobre el campo de acción del PAL y la forma en que se asumen retos en la virtualización de los cursos y asignaturas.

Este tipo de visitas permite mejorar los canales de comunicación con los Centros Universitarios y el tipo de soporte que estos entes brindan a la población estudiantil.

Visits to UNED’s University Centers

The work carried out by the Online Learning Program (PAL, for its acronym in Spanish) requires constant communication with the academic units and the university centers in different regions of the country; as a result, twenty-three visits were made to university centers in 2018, covering almost all the regions and working with 111 employees of the centers. This dynamic resulted in a valuable exchange space on the labor carried out by PAL, in its different areas of work: administration, research, advisory, technical support, and production of resources, in order to expand on PAL’s field of action and the way in which challenges are assumed in the virtualization of courses and subjects.

This type of visits helps to improve the communication channels with the university centers and the type of support that these entities provide to the student population.
