Instructions for speakers

Lectures will be organized in 30- minute sessions, distributed in the following way:

20 minutes for the lecture
10 minutes for the question & answer session

EDUTEC 2013 will have six rooms available for simultaneous presentations. When you check on the first day of the event, you will be given the room allocation for every lecture with its corresponding schedule.

Every room has:

a main table for four people
seating capacity of 50 people
a screen for multimedia projections
a small table for a computer and a projector that will be provided by the organization.
a wired microphone and another one wirelesssound amplification
wireless network for 50 people
wired Internet near the main table
a person introducing every presenter; this will be assigned by the organization
an usher that will escort people to their seats as well as open and close the room doors.

The computer available for every presenter will have Windows 7 OS installed.

Font type Arial o Verdana
Extension for slide: 6 lines
